How long is the warranty period?

 

All of the products from JJ Furniture will be covered with the 15 DAYS FREE WARRANTY by JJ Furniture against the manufacturing defect. This warranty period for your products will start from the date you received.

 

This warranty is automatically activated without any registration needed.

 

Note:

For the products that cover under the MANUFACTURER WARRANTY such as bed frame's bed case, mattress and etc, these products will not be covered under the 15 DAYS FREE WARRANTY by JJ Furniture and please activate your warranty here.

 

 

What does this warranty cover?

 

This warranty covers the product from manufacturing defect such as free from defect in materials and workmanship under normal use.

 

 

What does not cover with this warranty?

 

This warranty does not cover failure resulting from daily wear and tear, misuse, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, or improper maintenance by you.

 

 

What should I keep as proof of warranty?

 

Please keep a copy of the original sales receipt, invoice and delivery order as a proof of warranty. This warranty by JJ Furniture warrants the products that you purchase from JJ Furniture for your own usage and strictly do not cover for resale.

 

 

How do I request for the service?

 

Call or WhatsApp our customer service team at 019-2123433 and they will assist you in further. Kindly provide photo or video for us to justify your complaint better and clearer.

 

 

How do I know the warranty is valid and what service will I get?

 

Once we justify the complaint is due to a manufacturing defect, we will

 

  1. Replace the defected part with the new part, or
  2. Exchange the product
  3. If (1) and (2) is unable to be fulfilled, we will collect the defective product and refund the amount to you as store credit

 

There are no extra charges on the collection from your site. Kindly note that we required photo/video of the defective product for our team to provide better assistant.

 

 

What if the warranty on the product is ended or I accidentally damaged the product?

 

No worries! You can still call or WhatsApp our customer service team regarding your issue and we will provide the solution to you.
