How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

 

  1. Log-in your account
  2. Click on “Account Maintenance
  3. Edit your account information and shipping address here.

 


I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

 

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

 


Can I amend or cancel an existing order that has been made?

 

If you have changed your mind, you may cancel or change your order with us WITHIN 24 hours upon the order confirmation before delivery. The order cancellation will incur a 2% ADMINISTRATIVE FEE of the order amount. All products are qualifying for cancellation EXCEPT the following,

 

  • Customized products / Made to order products
  • Clearance products / Final sale products / Display products

How long does the delivery usually take after the order is confirmed?


Our aim is to deliver your order the soonest the possible within seven (7) working days for the ready stock product(s) and fourteen (14) working days for the pre-order product(s).

What if I received the faulty or wrong product?

 

No worries for that. Please contact our customer service team immediately and we will repair or exchange the product with you at our cost, or if both of the options are unable to fulfil, we will refund the amount to you.

Is there any warranty for your products?

 

The Seven (7) Days Satisfaction Guarantee will work as our warranty policy against the manufacturing defect. Any warranty claim after seven (7) days upon order delivery will not be entertained. If the product is covered under the MANUFACTURER WARRANTY, the product will NOT be covered under the Seven (7) Days Satisfaction Guarantee
