How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

  2. Click on “Account Maintenance
  3. Edit your account information and shipping address here.

 


I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

 

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

 


Can I cancel an existing order that has been made?

 

Once your order is CONFIRMED, you are NOT ABLE to cancel the order.

Where do you deliver and how much is it?

 

Currently, we are delivering to Selangor, Kuala Lumpur & Putrajaya. The delivery fee is RM50 flat rate per trip.

How long does the delivery usually take after the order is confirmed?

What if I received the faulty or wrong product?

 

No worries for that. Please contact our customer service team immediately and we will repair or exchange the product with you at our cost, or if both of the options are unable to fulfil, we will refund the amount to you.

Is there any warranty for your products?

 

Most of our products are covered with a 15 DAYS FREE WARRANTY by JJ FURNITURE against the manufacturing defect. If the product is covered under the MANUFACTURER WARRANTY, the product will NOT be covered under the 15 DAYS FREE WARRANTY

Do you provide the change of mind policy?

 

Unfortunately, we do not provide the change of mind policy currently as we required the customer to choose the product carefully before making any purchase.
