To ensure your items are in safe hand, all your items will be FULLY ASSEMBLED and DELIVERED to you by our experienced in house crew.

 

What is your delivery coverage area?

 

Our delivery coverage area is as below,

  • Pelabuhan Klang
  • Klang
  • Kapar
  • Shah Alam
  • Jenjarom
  • Telok Panglima Garang
  • Banting

 

However, if your area is not under our delivery coverage area, you can still contact us and we can work it out!

 

 

How do you deliver my order?

 

Your order will be delivered and handled by our WELL-TRAINED crew to your doorstep with our truck. Our crew will help you to place your item to your desire space.

 

 

How much is the delivery rate?

 

It is FREE delivery to the location stated above. If the delivery location is not stated, the delivery fee is applied. Please contact our team for more details.

 

 

Do you deliver to upstairs?

 

Yes, we do. There are no additional charges to delivery to GROUND, FIRSTSECOND floor and location that is ACCESSIBLE by LIFT.

 

If your location is higher than the SECOND floor and UNABLE to access by lift with the condition of able to deliver through the staircase, STAIRCASE DELIVERY FEE of RM20 per floor per item will be applied from the SECOND floor. 

 

For example, an order of a wardrobe and a mattress from us to deliver to the FIFTH floor,

Staircase Delivery Fee = [(Floor's Number - 2) X RM20 X (Item Quantity)]

                                     = [(5-2) X RM20 X 2]

                                     = RM120

 

 

When can I expect my order to be delivered after order confirmation?

 

Your order will be delivered to you within 2-7 working days for READY STOCK item and 5-14 working days for PRE-ORDER item.

 

You will get NOTIFY from us at least 1 day before delivery. We will not simply bump into your house without notifying you about the delivery date and time. Of course, our goal and practice are delivered your order to you AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

 

 

What if I am unable to receive the order at the date you deliver?

 

No worries! If you are unable to receive the order at that time, we can rearrange to the time that suits your availability. 

 

 

Can I request delivery on a specific date and time?

 

Yes, you can! Please contact our customer service team to discuss first before you make the order so that we can ensure we are able to deliver it with the date and time that you prefer.

 

 

Do you provide disposal service?

 

Disposal service is provided upon request and labour charge is applied. If you required disposal service, kindly contact our customer service team for arrangement.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

It is your responsibility to ensure that your ordered items are able to access through the door, lift and staircase. All the measurement of the product is listed on the product page. If your ordered items are unable to access through the door, lift and staircase due to the size of the item, refusal of access by the building management or it seems dangerous during the delivery process etc, JJ FURNITURE TRADING reserve the right to cancel the delivery and order.
