Delivery & Assembly

To ensure your items are in safe hand, all the items that you ordered from us are FULLY ASSEMBLED and DELIVER to you by our experienced crew.


Besides, for the items that are SMALL & EASY DIY or in the classic term we call it CASH & CARRY such as stool, towel rack, super hanger, pillow etc, we do provide SELF-COLLECTION at our warehouse. With this option, you are able to save on the delivery fee but please ensure that the item is able to fit into your vehicle and you need to do the assembly yourself. If you are not sure which item is suitable for self-collection, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.


Where do you deliver to?


Currently, we are delivering to Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya only.

Note: We DO NOT ship to the island area that is unable to accessible by bridge such as Pulau Ketam etc.


However, if you are from the area that we do not delivery now, you can contact us and we can work it out.



How do you deliver my order?


Your order will be delivered and handled by our WELL-TRAINED crew to your doorstep with our truck.



How much is the delivery rate?


The delivery rate is RM50 flat rate and it is per trip basis. 

Enjoy your FREE shipping service when you order more than RM650 in an order.



When can I expect my order to be delivered after order confirmation?


Your order will be delivered to you within 5-7 working days. Of course, we will send it to you as soon as possible and it is our goal.



What if I am unable to receive the order at the date you deliver?


No worries! We will notify you at least 1 day before we do the delivery. If you are unable to receive the order at that time, we can rearrange to the time that suits your availability. 


Can I request delivery on a specific date and time?


Yes, you can! Please discuss with our customer service team first before you make the order so that we can ensure we are able to deliver it with the date and time that you prefer.


Is there any delivery precautions or restrictions?


Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that your ordered items are able to access through the door, lift and staircase. All the measurement of the product is listed on the product page.


If your ordered items are unable to access through the door, lift and staircase due to the size of the item, refusal of access by the building management or it seem dangerous during the delivery process etc, JJ FURNITURE reserve the right to cancel your order. We will refund the amount of the cancelled order to you within 14 working days from the delivery date.
